The Two Minute Turnaround

Wake up on the wrong side of the bed?  Feeling in a funk?  Suffering from low energy?

No one is immune to feeling that way, but there are some quick yet profound ways to ditch the suffering and get back to your usual optimistic and energized self.

In today's video, I share how you can implement the two-minute turnaround, and how it just worked for me. (Plus I share a pic of what I reference below the video, so you can experience it virtually, even if it's not physically possible for you today!).

At a high level, the two minute turnaround involves:

1. Expressing Gratitude - by listing 10 things you are grateful for that are present in your life right now, it immediately shifts your perspective toward all the things that are working, and

2.  Changing Your Physical State - by changing both your physical location as well as your physiology, you are forcing a re-boot in your attitude. Learn some tips on how to do this, plus the one surprising thing you can do to re-set your mood without even getting out of your chair.
